Asked by Jake Tapper about exclusive images obtained by CNN that show Iran may be rebuilding suspected nuclear facilities, Congressman Jim Himes says, “All of the nuclear materials are still there. They’re just buried behind a bunch of rubble… I think they’ve been doing work to try to figure out, how can we recover the materials that are still there? By the way, it’s not just — the president keeps talking about nuclear dust. It’s not dust. This stuff is down there and recoverable.”
