根据法庭文件，一名男子因涉嫌向老多米尼昂大学（Old Dominion University）ROTC课堂上使用的步枪枪手出售武器而被逮捕，并面临联邦指控。
该男子名为肯尼娅·麦切尔·查普曼（Kenya Mcchell Chapman），被指控在购买枪支时作虚假陈述以及无执照交易枪支。
检察官称，该枪支于周四由穆罕默德·拜洛·贾洛（Mohamed Bailor Jalloh）携带，他是一名被定罪的伊斯兰国（ISIS）支持者。贾洛闯入老多米尼昂大学的ROTC教室并开枪射击。

A person has been arrested and is facing federal charges for allegedly selling the rifle used in the deadly shooting during an ROTC class at Old Dominion University, according to court documents.
The person, Kenya Mcchell Chapman, is charged with making false statements while purchasing a firearm and dealing firearms without a license.
Prosecutors say the gun was carried Thursday by [Mohamed Bailor Jalloh], a convicted ISIS supporter who stepped into an ROTC classroom at Old Dominion University and opened fire.

The gun had an obliterated serial number, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation told CNN.
